Article: “Tuition Crazy” – ‘IN’ Section

State any two reasons mentioned by students why extra tuition was necessary.
It is to revise throught what the teachers had teach in class and having one to one tuition, the pupil will pay more attention.
Question 2: Do you think it is necessary for you to have tuition? Why?
yes. because without having tuition, i will not study for myself,with tuition , if i do not understand much, i can ask him/her.

Week 3 straits times reflection
Article: “Ink Corporated” – ‘IN’ Section (Pg 8-9)
Question 1:
What are some reasons stated in the article why some people choose to have body art like tattoos or piercings done on parts of their boy.
1)To be different from the others. They thought that with tattoos or piercings are cool but actually is not cool at all
Question 2:
(a) What are some imppressions you would form of a person whose body is covered with tattoo?
The impression to me will be very bad. As we can see that most of the people with tattoos are gangster
(b) Would you consider getting a tattoo in future? Why?
No. It will be very pain when i make the tattos and it will be even painful if i was going to make it away. It will also affect me to find a good job with tattos along..

Week 2 straits times reflection
Article: “Sharp rise in girls under 16 having sex” – Home Section
Question 1 (you may choose to answer either or both questions):
· State any two reasons mentioned in the article which contributes to the sharp rise in girls under 16 having
· What are some consequences which a girl might face for engaging in casual sex?
It will spolit a girl future as she is pregnant during a young age.
What are some of your reactions after reading this article? If one day, a close friend of yours confess to you that he/she has been engaging in sex, what would your advice to him/her be?
2) I will advice him/her to tell the teacher the truth. And the teacher will help him/her. I will also advice him/her not to do it again next time.
